Overview & Vision:

"On Drugs" is a podcast where people will talk about everything related to drugs. Their experience with drugs, addiction, treatment, benefits, harms, research, drug policy, and anything else we can think of it in the future.

The goal of this podcast is to de-stigmatize this topic, to expose those who know nothing about the topic, and to put a human face and human voice to the stories we all hear about drugs.

Before we can tackle the question of what our relationship with drugs should be, we need to bring it out of the shadows, to see it for what it is, and to talk about it, openly and honestly.

Rationale:
Drugs are ubiquitous in our society, and it's been said that there's never been a "Drug Free America," or a "Drug-Free" society. So why are we still pushing those talking points?

I think it's because we as a society has yet to truly face the role drugs play in our world. To change that we need to start telling our stories about drugs. We need to humanize this topic, and we need to learn through wisdom of the community.
Goals and Objectives:
A successful podcast. Maybe that means 100 regular listeners, or perhaps that means there are more people who hear about this podcast and want to participate and talk about their experiences.

On a much smaller scale, is to build a podcast that has enough momentum to sustain itself for at least one year, with shows regularly (once a week).
